Do you know you can get a full cup of coffee from grinds remaining in your coffee pot?

A relative of mine uses his grinds at least 3 times before he uses fresh. The second use is not too bad but I won't even taste the next batch!

Yes, but did YOU know that it will be decaf? Caffeine is very, very water soluble, so most of it goes into solution on the first flush with hot water. The grounds left in the filter are basically decaf coffee!

Yeah, just put some more water in the coffeemaker. It won't be as strong, but isn't bad.
