can't find toolbar on new browser by microsoft which yahoo recommends?

can't find the normal toolbar when I downloaded the web browser 7 (microsoft) which was presented on your yahoo website. can you help?

Right mouse button click on your toolbar and see if Yahoo shows up. If it DOES then, you have to "unlock" your toolbar. (right mouse button click the toolbard and click Unlock). Then you'll see little handles - play with them... most likely Yahoo is hidden there. If you DON'T see Yahoo when you right mouse button click the toolbar, you don't have it.
