I need to get back in shape. My appetite has increased, causing me to eat when I'm not hungry, therefore, fattening my stomach. I kind of don't have enough time in my day to work out. Any ideas?

That was somewhat my problem. I am still trying to get to an ideal weight, but i can tell you without a doubt that you will lose weight jogging. I lost about 20 pounds in the course of a month and a half. I realize you do not have a lot of time, so start out slow, with short, 15 minute jogs two or three times a week. Then increase them to 30 minute jogs. You may not show as quick a loss a I, or you may show a much more rapid loss, it all depends, but in my experience, eating less and running several times a week is the only sure bet. Best of luck!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
