I've heard they are awful to get rid of. You could call an exterminator or you can try: washing and drying all your clothes and bedding, vacuuming your mattress, taking your bed apart and wiping down the frame with diluted bleach and steam cleaning your carpet. Hopefully, that will work. Don't forget to wash the curtains also.

aside from washing your sheets, there is a spray that can kill bugs on contact and a cream to apply all over the body and kills whatever bugs that may infest in the skin (scabies) within 24 hours. one is called Nix

Make sure to change your sheets every 2 weeks and wash them immediately. Something with bleech should take care of those little buggers. .
