Mr Kennedy and Mr Anderson are technically the same chaaracter.Just that WWE owns the rights to the name Mr Kennedy, so if TNA would have done Mr Kennedy, WWE may or may not have sued TNA.But,they change the name of Mr Kennedy just a little bit so people would remember him, yet they have done nothing illegal. Also,in WWE,Mr Anderson was a bit more of a midcarder or jobber. Also,WWE treated him like crap. In TNA,Mr Anderson is so much more liked, gets pushes, more relaxed, and is liked better. WWE does a good job of making their roster p'd off and such and they can quickly,at any given time get a whole lot of heat from there superstars. TNA on the other hand, does a good job at pushing their wrestlers, which is 1 thing TNA does better than WWE.
