You should quickly find a doctor. Headaches are normal when you're stressed, but you shouldn't get them every day. Taking vitamins and daily supplements will do little good. Chest and Stomach pains may indicate a serious illness.

No it is not normal. You do need to go to the doctor. To me, it sounds like acid reflux. Which, can if you have it bad enough cause headaches and chest and stomach pain. If it is anything worse, it might be an ulcer. Which , I have both of. Seriously stopping to think what is the source of your stress will improve your physical problems, if you can change or do anything about them. If not, you may want to consider looking at life differently too. Just seek and you shall find. Best of luck.

What you spot on usual, is what is average. Example: when you see a man or woman hiccuping that more often than not average but when its nonstop for days or months, that is surely now not average. Also if a man or woman used to be born with anything like six hands on each and every hand won't appear average to us however it's average to that man or woman. So typically it is an character factor that nobody else will recognize.

That's where it comes from. Take high octane B Vitamins. Alternate with C so they don't cancel each other out.
