That's a difficult question. I find when I'm angry and start yelling, I want to hurt them because I want them to see how I'm hurting.

Your real mission is to get your point across, unfortunately somtimes in a harsh manner. Your words may sting and that is your purpose. Each one of us has done this, we sometimes feel elation that we have done it, but other times we could bow our heads in shame for a nasty act. Don't forget - you can't takes words back.

when you are mad your kinda hoping that your hurting but sometimes you know unless they act like they really dont care but do so you have to wonder but..... when someone is mad most of the time there true feelings come out.

oh absolutely I am aware that I am hurting them. That seems to make me feel better when I am mad

I just try to avoid the person I'm mad at usually cause sometimes I'm not even sure why i'm mad.

Some people yell, others cry.
Its just your coping mechanism for your pain, your hurt, your anger.
