zoloft is probably the leading one, with the least side effects, most popular. also there is ativan, paxil and many others. fyi there is no such thing as a pill. capsule, tablet, caplet. (sry its a pharmacy pet peeve) the whole swallowing thing is just in your head, you swallow most food bigger than medication. put it in a bite of food. but to get your best answer you should talk to your doctor, a pharmacist could help you but cannot give advice

(Regular) Xanax can be crushed and mixed with something like applesauce to get it down easier. But NOT the extended release Xanax. It cannot be crushed.

the main suitable prescribed medicine for stress is many times no medicine in any respect. i understand that may no longer a genuine answer on your question, besides the undeniable fact that it relatively is real. attempt St. John's Wort and different herb supplementations 1st, alongside with primary conferences with a psychologist to in easy terms chat very relatively approximately what makes you stressful and the thank you to regulate your ideas, and so on. For stress, unlike melancholy, behavioral scientific care is many times greater effective than drugs, so the final analysis for persons such as you is in simple terms to sidestep or cut back it gradual around human beings and/or places and/or activities that make you stressful.
