Depends on the strength of the wine or beer.
A 330ml beer is almost exactly half a bottle of wine by volume. Most wines are 12-15% by volume and most beers are around 5% by volume.
So, drinking a bottle of wine is about the same as a six pack of 330ml beers.

The rule is typically that 1 average beer is equal to 1 glass of wine and one highball or small mixed drink. Since there are 4-5 glasses in a bottle of wine, then 4-5 beers would be about equal. Of course, this all depends on the size of the beer, the alcohol content of the beer, the size of the wine glass and the alcohol content of the wine.

It all depends on the % of alcohol in both the wine and beer, but...
Assuming a normal (750ml) bottle of 14% wine, and a normal (330ml) bottle of 5% beer:
The wine would there have 105ml of alcohol, and the beer would have 16.5ml of alcohol; so you would need just over 6 beers.

A BOTTLE OF CABERNET SAUVIGNON ROUGHLY EQUALS 5 TO 6 CANS OR BOTTLES OF BUDWEISER.
Because:
You said "(alcohol-wise)" also "Budweisers" and "one bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon"
So....
Budwieser (not Bud Lite) most commonly has 5% Alcohol By Volume.
So drinking...
a 12oz can of Bud is like drinking .6oz of pure alcohol
and...
drinking 330ml of Bud is like drinking 16.5ml of pure alcohol
Cabernet Sauvignon s Alcohol By Volume varies between region, producer, year, etc. BUT is usually around 12.5 - 14.5%
So..
wine bottles almost always being 750ml, drinking a whole bottle could be like drinking 93.8ml (3.2oz) to 108.8ml (3.7oz) of pure alcohol
3.2oz/.6oz(Bud) = 5.3(Buds)
and
3.7oz/.6oz(Bud) = 6.2(Buds)
Side note: People will say different drinks make them feel different e.g. "Wine make me..." "Beer makes me...." "Tequila makes me..."
What makes the most difference in my experience is:
How much actual alcohol you are drinking
How much you have eaten.
Mixers and hydration.
If you drink 2 oz of vodka with Redbull on a empty stomach after running a marathon you will feel it much more than 2 large glasses of wine with a full meal.
