Windows does not support this CD-RW format. To use this disc, choose task "Erase this CD-RW" which will format the disc so Windows can use it... I do NOT understand why????

Even with "Sonic"..It continues to tells me that I have to erase the disc first.....

Windows do not write to DVD unless you have a DVD burner on your system and it comes with software to burn. but if your running media player 9 it has it. when you upgrade to 10 , It's not there no more. and clone dvd is the better burning software to try.

win xp dose not support any dvd blank cd at all you need dvd burning software to back up ur work files try nero or sonic

Windows XP doesn't support writing DVD's, only CD's!!! If you want to burn a dvd you need to buy a burner software, like nero, roxio...
