It's like magic! I haven't whisked it, but I have made it go white by tapping it with a knife (the flat surface of the blade obviously). Put a big old blob on a chopping board and just keep tapping away - takes a few minutes, but well worth the effort! You can use any knife (not a sharp one) a palate knife would be good for quick results. Good luck!! xxx

Marmite originally came from the Guiness Taphouse. They would draw the thick yeast extract from the bottom of the brewing vat. So if you imagine the creamy head on the top of your pint of guiness i reckon that is the closed you will get to white. I reckon you will need a lot of marmite and probably an electric whisk!!

It is the by product of Brewers yeast. And sold by them to Marmite's owners.
If you have seen the creamy cap on a fermenter you will see why it could be. I guess that Marmite is a concentrate so you might need to add some liquid.
I LOVE MARMITE
I ALSO LOVE BEER

You have released the corn flour that may have been used to thicken the marmite

I would imagine that as you work air into the marmite it might lighten in color a bit.
