Take 1 block of Velveeta mild mexican cheese, cut into chunks & put in crockpot. Pour over top 1 can Rotel tomatos & chilies and a little mild salsa. Heat on low til melted together, then serve with your favorite chips or mexican dish. Goes great at parties too!!

Jalapeños, minced 1/4 cup - optional or reduce for milder version
Chilies, diced 2 tablespoons - optional or reduce for milder version
Red pepper, minced 1/4 cup - can substitute, green pepper
Chicken broth 2/3 cup
Half and half cream 1/2 cup
Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks 1 pound

If you want a little kick skip the first two ingredients and just add a drop or two of tabasco or don't add any fire it will still be good.
