I weight 180,my weight bounces between 170-190 though i like being chubby but i feel i need to loose because i am getting older (im 17 almost 18) what can i do to loose weight fast? like 20 pounds sounds good..i dont wanna be skinny skinny though... HELP plz!

Try to eat cereals (wheaties) and fruit for breakfast or for 2 meals a day. Try walking everywhere you go. Try jogging. Whatever you do, do not take diet pills. They generally give you headaches, stomaches, and diarrhea!

Nothing works better then diet and exercise. Diet pills do work sometimes, but once you get off them the weight comes right back, you really need to focus on eating healthier with less portions during big meals, and being active at least 30 minutes a day.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

heyy. i understand what your going through a lot of my friends r going through it too. except im a bit younger than you. but personally you should love yourself for the way you are. nothing else matters. but if you reeli truley feel you need to lose a couple pounds i suggest, going to the gym or doing just a couple simple excercises like 10 minutes a day or running ont he tredmill or simply drink a lot of water. or cut down on sweets. trust me i went throu it i use to be 180 i am now 165. & im happy with the way i am now=]

try the south beach diet. Seriously, I am agaisnt gimiic diets but this one really does seem to work better than most of the ones that are out there.
It has eliminated my cravings, it isnt crazy or too restrictive in calories either. try it and lose up to 14 pounds in two weeks
