My mom and my step dad owed money from me in huge amount.
Its been 8 months and everytime when I ask them, they always said they don't have any money yet.
They promised to return the money on april (they borrowed money on march).
They live out of country.
And they've been traveling twice since then, to western europe and to Asia.
I asked them, if they don't have money why they travelling so much?, they always said that they got it free (gift etc).
What should I do? my husband doesn't like since they always making excuses everytime I ask the money.
Since the money is pretty huge amount, I need the money though.

They're your parents. There isn't much you can do about it except not offer them any more, and be nice and hope for a cut of the will.

It sounds like you're going through a stressfull time with them, and if you don't think that you and your parents are close and never really will be, then be my guest and take them to court to get your money back. But it will most likely change your relationship with them drastically.

Good luck.

Yea those trips were a gift, from you cause you paid for it. Drastic times calls for serious measures, give them both an ultimatum, if they dont give you the money by a certain date, carry them both to court. Cause if you dont them that you are serious they will keep popping up with lame excuses.
