NOT DEITING probably won't do a thing. NOT DIETING, however, is a totally different bucket of doughnuts entirely.

Yes, it is possible to lose weight without dieting or what we refer to as dieting. First you have to change your preception of food from a satisfying treat to a health based system of nourishment. In other words you have to change the way you look at food. This is a mental exercise to some degree but it is a foundation for changing the way you view food.

Many diets exist with many claims. The one that makes the most sense to me (6 week body makerover by Thurmond) basically states, Eat small portions many times a day. Avoid fatty foods, such as milk, bread, sugar, soda. Do not take in salt or oils that don't occur naturally in your foods. Fish has oil but is good for you. Adding salt may stop weight loss.

Finally get one hours exercise a day. Slow, easy exercise works best and is why most reccomend walking. I prefer the bike at a slow pace. Try it for a while and see if you can lose that weight.

Yes you can, it's not a bad plan if you have plenty of time on your hand. Actually, 1200 cals already seem low even for your stats. I'm surprise you're not losing weight already. Also, it's not about how long you're exercising it's about the intensity you put into it. I'd eliminate the walking and just stick to the running. Just make sure your nutrition is in check.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Lose Weight With Vitamins

Not only do vitamins supplement your nutritional input when following a low calorie diet, but also they can increase your metabolism and actively increase your weight loss!

It is good that you lose weight. But what is the use of that which makes you unhealthy, it is the place where vitamins are really useful. Here I am mentioning the list of vitamins, which you can take in combination with you diet and exercise plan for losing weight in a healthy way.

Steps to follow

* Add Iodine to your diet to stimulate the thyroid and promote a healthier faster metabolism. The best source of Iodine is in Sea-Kelp, which is commonly available.

* Take Choline to metabolize fat - this vitamin is very important! If your levels of Choline are too low, fat tends to get blocked in the liver. Good sources include egg yolks, wheat gem and peanuts. Choline is the main ingredient in Lethicin.

* Supplement you diet with Chromium - it processes carbohydrate and reduces hunger pangs. Studies have shown it to increase weight loss when dieting.

* Take Inositol - this vitamin works with Choline to metabolize fat. Good sources are soy, eggs and nuts.

* Increase you dosage of Vitamin C - this helps the body to convert glucose into energy, and stops it from being stored in your body! Good sources include blackcurrants, broccoli, oranges and strawberries.

* Make sure you consume enough of Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 - all these B-vitamins keep your metabolism running (very important for weight loss) and ensure a healthy thyroid. Good sources include wheat bran, eggs and oats.

Summarized Tips

* Vitamins should be used in combination with a suitable diet and exercise plan

* Excellent vitamin supplements can be found online or in specialist shops

you don't need to lose weight 108 for your height is about right and if your only 4' 8 "and 13 you might not be done growing and need the nutrition. some times at the age of 11-15 girls grow out around the middle (just before getting their first period) then they grow up and lose the middle weight.
