Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack (SP) 2 or later or Microsoft Windows Server 2003 (or higher) required

So basically Windows XP (legal copies only) and future microsoft OS.

Dude who posted above people ask here because they dont want to search through websites for an answer someone else already knows off the top of their heads!

The beta is already out and available for $3. http://www.microsoft.com/office/preview/default.mspx

Also, it does run on XP.
One note, the beta expires when vista comes out.
