Does anyone know how long to cook a flank roast?

I love my crock pot. I put the roast in w/potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic and other assorted seasonings (what ever suits your taste), set the pot (mine has a timer) for 10 hrs and let it slow cook. Yummy

i usually cook 2 pounds and set the oven to 500 degrees for fourty minutes
