I'd say it's either the additives in the food or the high fat content.
If you frequently have pain after eating greasy, fatty food you might want to go to the doc and get your gallbladder checked out.
If it's just the usual "It tastes sooo good, but it feels sooooo bad" syndrome, chalk it up as your punishment for eating at MaccyD's! I always feel a bit rough after I eat there myself.

Do as I have done and stop eating there.
Instead buy great burgers from a reputable butcher and do your own , you then can put in the burger what you want , cook it how you want too and
MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL EAT IT WHILST IT IS HOT!!
The fries are easy when they come straight out of the friar toss them in a tray with sprinkling of salt or alternatively cook oven fries much healthier!!

Because it has all the nutritional value of eating the box it came in! No really, you probably don't handle saturated fats too well and it is loaded with them or maybe it is another of the various processed muck they put in their "meals". Just steer clear in future to be on the safe side.

It's probably the grease or the dehydrated onions.Next time try it without the
onions and if you still have a stomach ache then it's probably the grease.
