can the amount of hair products you put in your hair cause it to fall out? i have extremely curly hair and i use 4+4 mousse found at sally's and hairspray. my hair is a lot thinner than it used to be and everyone says it is because of how much hair products i use; however, i only use the amount i need to keep my hair under control and not be frizzy. any help would be appreciated.

While some hair products can cause hair breakage or irritation of the scalp, hair products do not cause hair to fall out. The same is true of processes such as perms and highlighting.
