Insurance follows vehicles, so your company's insurance should take responsibility. Is it YOUR company, or the company for which you work? If it's your company, she should be covered. If it's the company for which you work, then the only snag you might have is if she was a non-permissive user. In that case, depending on the policy language, she may not be covered under that policy for the vehicle. You'd have to check to see if your policy on your personal auto would cover it. No telling, because it does depend on the policy contract. There are variations between companies, and commercial policies could differ greatly from personal policies.

I handle claims in PA, if that helps.

The insurance on the truck should handle all damages no problem. If this isn't YOUR company....having your wife crash a company vehicle with a suspended license no less, you may want to start working on that resume.

Once your insurance company see's a driver with a suspended license not on your policy, that was involved in a accident in a company vehicle, they will deny the claim. Your going to have to show a accident report from the accident in most case's with driver info and license numbers.

She will probably get in some sort of trouble, but I believe the business is liable for whoever is behind the wheel of thier vehicles.
