He's a Doctor, not a boxer. You can contact him at (817) 515 - 4537 or e-mail him at oscar.bracks@tccd.edu he is the Professor of Anatomy and Physiology at Tarrant County Community College (TCCD). Why are you asking this question in the BOXING forum? Are we here to presume that you accidentally pushed the sports section, which is somewhat believable, but once you entered your question into the sports section, you had to click on BOXING. Here's where it makes little or no sense at all
