well, here are a few ideas, but it might not be ur style

ya c, guys like to do stuff that they want 2 do, so try these:

go-kart racing (it was sooo fun wen i went w/ this guy, and he totaly loved it!)

ask if he wants 2 c a movie, and let him pic wat movie

ice skatin (a ton of fun! but if he falls, b sure 2 fall 2!)

swimming (its cool, but b careful, u dont want 2 do this if u rnt totaly comfertable w/ yer body)

dinner is always fun, but its a little cleche(cant spell)

well, i think thats all i have done, but i would MOST DEFANITLY suggest the go-kart racing one. u can try yellowpages.com to find an indoor track near u

hope it all works out!

What about a picnic? Pack a lovely basket of goodies, and find a nice secluded spot in your area. We went into the mountains near us, where there was a river and a waterfall! It was very romantic. Or you could even set up a picnic in your garden, with "clues" for him to follow upto the spot (if you have a garden). I also booked my new man and I into a hotel for 1 night, told him just to pack a bag and drove him there as a suprise. He was so excited he couldn't sit still. I kept the secret, and got a big bunch of flowers from him the next day to say "thank you". (He also told me that no-one had ever done that for him before. Try it - guys are like kids, they LOVE suprises and a bit of mystery.

Not sure where you say you are, or what your budget for the day out is. Any suggestion that displays thought on your part and which is not trying to show off too much is a good one! Try to avoid one of you having to drive unless you wish to have one of you not drinking.. How about going for a walk in the woods, or the grounds of a stately home?

Additional details... where do you live? What's near by...?

Cinema - no pressure to talk and something to discuss over coffee / drinks afterwards

Meal - High pressure talky talky situation!

Walk + Pub Lunch - always good on a Sunday!

Think you may need a coupla extra details and some hobbies / interest ideas!

you could make up a nice table in your home, put some nice glasses of wine there, make him a really special meal, get his fave DVD and snuggle on the couch after the meal, it's October and very cold out so a nice cosy night in with a fluffy duvet and DVD sounds really romantic....

My second date with my now husband (30 years ago) was drag car racing. It was the first time he put his arm round me and offered me his jacket 'cos I was cold....I knew at that moment he was the one!

What about doing something adventurous like quad biking then dinner?
