They are also:
Invisible, unable to prove or disprove (oxymoron), and only the faithful can really see them and talk to them....kinda like God, huh?

What exactly do you mean by "unable to prove or disprove (oxymoron)"?

If you mean that there is no rational underpinning to theism, or that theists are unfamiliar with rational thought, then you simply need to do some serious theological reading -- preferably outside the blinkered world of fundamentalism. You might try something by Paul Tillich, Henry Nelson Wieman, or David Ray Griffin.

As for "proof"... there is no proof outside pure mathematics, and even there, it's an iffy proposition. Science is not about "proof"; science is about observing phenomena carefully and rationally, and constructing and testing hypotheses about the nature of the observed phenomena. Sometimes very long-standing and accepted hypotheses (or theories) are overturned, as happened at the turn of the 20th century when Einstein overturned Newtonian physics. So don't ask about "proof." Ask whether there are phenomena suggestive of the reality of something appropriately named "God."

Personally, I think the answer to that question is "Yes," although I don't believe the observed phenomena establish the reality of a "God" with all the characteristics ascribed to it by traditional theism.

As for fairies, you might want to read W.Y. Evans-Wentz' book "The Fairy Faith in Celtic Countries." It turns out that when you look at the phenomena without preconceptions, you find some very interesting things, not easily disposed of by an appeal to a priori reductionist, materialist assumptions.

Don't be a bigot. Be a scientist. Don't decide beforehand what's true. Look carefully at the world and draw the best conclusions you can, without being beholden to religious *or* scientific orthodoxies. And don't be afraid to examine strange phenomena or ask questions with which the orthodox are uncomfortable. That's how human knowledge really grows.

No, fairies are pagan.
Creation itself is one of the best evidences for the existence of a God. Fairies haven't been known to create anything.
The difference between talking to God and talking to fairies is that God actually listens and answers, and He brings Power into your life that you never had before. No one's life has ever been changed for the better because he believed in fairies. God has taken drug addicts, prostitutes, alcoholics and pagans and turned them into upstanding moral citizens just because they had faith in Him. That has never happened with fairies.

There you go again babbling.
GOD can be proven but you refuse to look at the truth, so why do you bother.
And if you don't beleive in GOD then why are you trying so hard to disprove something you don't believe in?
people normally only try to disprove things they do believe in but are wrong.

Well, fairies are not spoken of in the Bible, which is what Christians base their beliefs from. Angels are true beings created by God, although for most of us they seem invisible. You have a credible question. It's okay to wonder what is real. C. S. Lewis delves into quite a number of fictitious creatures in his Narnia tales books and even in his Space Trilogy to compare what is unknown with what we know so we might know the former better. He calls angels eldils describing them as bits of light particles that flash and dash about. In the Bible, there are many instances where angels appear to humans. They appear as messengers of God to deliver messages like "Fear not. Glory to God! Peace on earth, Good will toward mankind. This day is born for you a Savior who is Christ the Lord in the City of David, Bethlehem. This shall be a sign for you. You shall see a baby wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger." It is noteworthy that God chose to send the angels not to kings or religious people, but to simple shepherds. At that time shepherds were considered the low class people. God has this same message for you since angels have not appeared with any newer message for us. We all need to hear this special message about Jesus Christ, God's only Son who was sent to pay the debt we each have because of our sins. Come to Him even right now. Acknowledge that you have need for His plan of salvation= "God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever would believe in Him would not perish but have eternal life. God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world but that all would be saved through Him." We need His direction every day. We don't need to talk to angels or fairies! We need Jesus, our High Priest alone who saves us, the wicked to the very wicked. "All we like sheep have gone astray. Everyone to his own way." "All have sinned and fall way short of God's glory-- i.e., God's high standard of a noble, decent life." Even those of us who think we could be decent enough still need to consider again their need for God's plan of salvation. We need to come to Him on His terms. He holds the keys to heaven, not us. We are His creatures who need to understand Him, not the other way around.

Better than fairies, we can live in God's presence daily:
"Behold I stand at the door and knock, and if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and sup with Him and he with Me." (Rev 3:20)
