,leave her cup in the cot ware she can find it you have to stop going into her room she will stop after about six days,it hard for you but not her you need to break this habit for her.if you have to go into the room do not speak to her give her the cup and walk away ,that's what she is craving you attention not the drink ,her mind is programed to wake up for you,

At the age of 3 yrs, 50% of american kids and 30% of british kids still wake up at least once per night. My son didn't sleep through the night until he was three. It's not because I was an unskilled mother - I wasn't. Some kids do that. You get used to it.

I'm sure you already know that giving in and getting her watery juice, instead of plain water, was not really a good thing, though we all do it. I suggest you invest thirty dollars in a book called Good night, Sleep tight, by Kim West. It solves every sleep issue and I wish I had had that book years ago.

DON'T GIVE IN. Take away the cup. Let her cry. Do not go in her room till morning. If you give in even once, she will get the message that if she keeps it up, eventually you will crack. Within a week she will be cured, I guarantee.

this may sound cruel. when she wakes up, let her cry. peek in on her to make sure she is ok, but don't let her see you. before she goes to bed make sure she has a couple favorite things in her bed.she will get the idea. right now she is in control of you.remember you are the adult and she is the child. you are there to teach her, not the other way around.
