Ok, I will try to address your question one part at a time:

is it faster to get k-visa for fiance or spouse?
It takes the same amount of time. However, with the K-3, you will need to provide a marriage certificate which can take some time to process. The K-1 only requires intent to marry, not actual proof.

how can I find an employer to offer him a job so he can come here and then later I can do the financial afidavit?
It doesn't work like that. You have to be able to meet the I-864 requirements before the petition is approved (and hence he will have authorization to work). If you do not make enough money, try finding a co-sponsor.

If I lose my ssi so what if he can support me we won't need it, Rite?
If your fiancee / spouse has a job, he might be able to support you. I can not guess what his career oppurtunities will look like.
