There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat, so times 20 makes 70,000 calories you would have to lose if thats what you're concerned about. If you want to do it in 8 weeks it sounds like a crash diet and since you're 13 dieting probably means not eating anything which is not a good idea. You should be ok if you just cut out soda and fast food.

if you are running 45 min a day and being careful with your diet, you could lose it in 3 or 4 weeks at that rate. .

just don't go overboard. You aren't way overweight. .

you are maybe just a little bit overweight for your height, especially at your age.

maybe you should only be trying to lose 10 lbs.

lol, well eat every 2 to 3 hrs. this will help the metabolism burn faster and don't burn yourself out on the same thing everyday
