i feel like my brain is dripping. it feels like small little pieces dislodge and are falling down my neck?

i feel like this every day and it's making my life unbearable. i have been to doctors and they can find nothing

If your not fooling around here you need help. Get someone to take you to the nearest ER and have them try and get you evaluated for a psychiatrist evaluation.
It's not normal to think your brain is "dripping down your neck" you have a genuine problem, not to be laughed at. We're here to help in the best way possible, just as if you had an itch or a lump problem. Good luck
