Ask yourself if you really want a guy who will go out with you for over a year and then break up because his cousin said so! Seems to me like it is his loss....

First of all he should not have dumped you just because his cousin told him to. The way I see it if it just to that one little thing to dump you, you don't need anyway. I know it probably hurts right now but sweetie you can do a whole lot better. There are plenty of fish in the sea

Do you honestly wanna be with someone who brokeup with you because someone else told them to? That shows you right there that this kid cannot think for himself. He needs to grow up & do what he wants to do. He is immature & needs some self-control. If I were you, I'd walk away because he is obviously not worth your time because if you have been dating that long & he just went with what his cousin said, then really he didn't love you or he never even cared. Y did his cousin say that? At the end of the day, if he listened 2 her, he is weak. Do u really want a weak man? It means he values her opinion above urs. (Sorry).
I went through a similar thing. I was wiv my ex 4 3 years. In that time he was written out of his mum's will (alot of money) & fell out wiv most of his family cos of our relationship. He kept standin his ground, but eventually he gave in2 them. I know he regrets it, but it is something that shows strength of character. Or lack of it, rather.Hence him being my ex.

Why? I mean he left you cause his cousin told him to. Does he have a mind of his own? I am not trying to be mean but that excuse does not sound like a good one. I would not want to be with a man who broke up with me because somebody told him to. If he cares for you and really wanted to be with you then he would be,and when somebody loves you they would do anything they could to make it work.

If he listened to his cousin and not really paid attention to his feelings for you...he's a jackass. Actually real love is bieng with the person no matter what. You should still tell him how you feel, eventhough it might hurt. You may feel relieved and closure if its not how you expect.
