That is sexual harrassment and it is very serious! Don't just look disgusted tell him you are! Also tell him the next time he touches you, you are going to HR and have his *** fired. If you take this route and the company does nothing....then you have a civil suit on your hands and you have 2 years to move on it.

If you don't want him to touch you, then stand up for yourself and tell him. It's OK to tell someone you don't want to be touched. He is crossing a boundary that should not be crossed unless he has a close relationship with you and you have given him permission to touch you. Stand up to him girl! You can do it. Look him in the eye when you do it and be firm but nice. He'll get the message.

Ask him to stop. He probably doesn't realize how offended you are (despite your looksof disgust). Many people do not pick up on body language. Don't hold it against him. He probably likes you and doesn't know what else to do.

You could always drink a can of cold carrot soup (don't swallow it) just before he walks up to your cubicle, as soon as he touches you puke it all over him and SHOUT dont touch you make me sick. Humilate the bastard like he's try to do to you.

That's actually a form of sexual harassment in the workplace. If you don't like it, tell him. Don't worry about being nice--he has no right touching you without your permission. If he gets confrontational or refuses to stop, report him to your boss and they'll see to it that he gets the message. Best of luck to you!

Honestly Miranda, it may mean nothing. Or not. Don't be afraid to be vocal to him. If it makes you uncomfortable, tell him. Especially these days, there is no reason for anyone to endure something of this nature. Speak up kiddo. :)

Make your superior aware of the situation and ask him/her to monitor then when he does it again tell this guy to keep his mits to himself. If he complains about your attitude then it will be too late.
