Well, me and my buddy go work out together at a popular gym for people who are mostly in their 20's, 30's, and 40's. Well, after we finish working out we go into the showers (we get kind of hot and sweaty). Well the gym has a gang shower there and there is this guy that spends hours in there almost every day that we have been there the past two weeks. He just seems to stare for minutes at guys taking showers. Well, he went up to me and my buddy and said we were very handsome men. It kind of weirded me out because I am not gay and neither is my buddy. Well, my buddy kind of got pissed and ask him if he was gay. He said that he wasn't. He just enjoyed admiring all the masculinity in the shower, the hairy backs, the hairless backs, the circumcised, the uncircumcized, hairy chests, hairless chests, and big muscles. Well, I thought it was kind of weird but as long as he wasn't gay and looking at me I would just go home and forget about it. My buddy thinks its wrong and is thinking

He also is the only one wearing a bathing suit, so my buddy thinks something is strange with him.

that sounds weird, i think you should report him to somebody that works at the gym. even if he isn't gay, that's still really weird and rude to stare at people.

Don't use the shower then. If it bothers you wait 15 min and take one when you get home. You might want to alert management that this dude is in there for cheap thrills. Sorry, but if he's admiring male bodies he's gay and the senario is seriously creepy. He's looking to live out some homoerotic shower fantasy. He needs to be reminded that some men won't take kindly to that kind of stuff before someone gets offended or embarassed and cracks the guy's skull.

Any man who eroticizes towards the same sex in the detailed manner as he personally described to you is, in fact, Gay, despite whatever denial he may conjure up to avoid the label identity, an obvious dishonesty for manipulative purposes. The purpose here is not at all to degrade Gay men. Most principled Gays in gym/shower situations are extremely discreet, private and highly respect the unspoken etiquettes of communal nudity and other men's desired privacy.

I would certainly report his peculiar "sexually threatening" and "privacy intimidating" behavior to the gym manager and/or owner under the prime rationale that his behavior tends to be personally violating and revolting, and destroys the safe atmosphere of the gym experience, which may also cause for the gym a loss of repeat and reliable paying customers. Believe me, the gym manager and owner will remedy the situation immediately once they see it in this perspective, i.e. the loss of money. Most importantly, clarify that this is not a "Gay" issue, that you could care less of one's sexual preference, for that's a private issue, but rather that the major issue is this guy's overtly peculiar behavior that is disturbing and uncomfortable.

I'm not a guy and I get the creeps hearing about it. Yes it is wrong that he is taking a peek at people.

Not only should you report him to the gym management, but if he doesn't listen, then file for an injunction.

That's creepy. Doesn't he have anything better to do with his life? He must be gay and not have a boyfriend, that's how he can spend endless hours in the gym's locker room.

This is a strange situation. This guy is at that gym for one thing and no one should have to be exposed to that kind of circumstance. Report him immediately and if that does not solve the problem, call the police. He may not be a danger when others are around but could wait outside, even follow you. Your friend is right, you know he is.

U know in your heart if u don't won't to be on all 4's listen to your friend, that bit about it makes him feel good, Lord, I bet it does cause u are playing right into his hand (LOL). Make sure u and your friend to go to the gym at a different time from him.

I'm sure you and your buddy aren't the only ones feeling that this guy is exhibiting strange behavior. Report him to the owners/management of the gym.

Wow! This guy sounds soooo hot! I think that you and your mate should submit to his wishes! He's obviously very interested to get you both in the Steam Room! Gay guys love gyms so what do you expect!

Go on give it a shot guys, you may just find a whole new world out there?

He's not gay??? He's not "normal" either!!!

You need to report him to the owners of the gym. We owned a fitness center and I can guarantee you that he wouldn't have lasted long at our gym.

On the brighter side, one of these days he's going to "stare" at the wrong person and they will give him exactly what he deserves.

There is definitely something going on here, I don't see how you were able to feel comfortable with someone watching you and then complimenting you. I would report this guy to the proper authorities.
