Homeopathic treatment to help gaining height: -
1.BACILLINUM 200
2.BARYTA CARB 200
Three drops each in a sip of water just once a week.

Follow it up with these Tissue Salts: -
1.CALC PHOS 6X
2.NAT MUR 6X
3.SILICEA 6X
Four tablets each all together 3 times a day half hour before meals on an empty stomach. After finishing the whole bottles of these salts (30 Days).
If you feel that they are not making a positive difference just raise the potency of these three salts and get them in 30 instead of 6X and keep taking them till they start showing positive results. Works only in the growing years (Teenage) No side effects and No complications. The same prescription has help a number of youngsters in gaining height under my treatment.
Take Care and God Bless you !

Easy, unless you hit puberty when you where 10. I see your name jameel. Asian tend to mature slightly faster than westerners. I was a slow grower like a couple of others chaps answering. I was short at 17, now 6"1' If you puberty kicked in around 13 then you will easily beat 5"9. If you were an early developer then you may just finish around 5"9

try the easy, inexpensive natural treatment I recommend here. In fact, I just read this yesterday. Before then, I did not know there was anything that helped growth.

See my answer here (long one towards the end).

Also milk is not good as the high protein causes one to excrete calcium which is needed for growth (It is actually correlated with causing rather than preventing osteoporosis). This treatment works positively on calcium levels and how it is processed.

Even if it doesn't help, it has multiple health benefits, especially if taken with raw honey.
Good luck!

Maybe. There is no way to know. You could grow to be 6'4" or stay at 5'7". Won't know until you are about 21. Then you are done growing.

There is no way to know. No supplement or homeopathic will change the cards that your genetics have dealt. As long as you are healthy and eat a good balanced diet, you will achieve your full potential height.

Genetics will tell most of the time. If you have a father that is that tall, then you will probably grow that tall.
