when you have a cough and your throat feels really raw and dry, do you ever feel as tho your throat feels "nauseous"? not your stomach, just your throat. or is it just me....?

That is known as the "gag" reflex. Any irritation in the throat can cause that. Suggest you get some throat spray, several companies make them, they numb the back of the mouth and the throat.

Ooh, yes. Even my skin feels "nauseous" when I touch something that has virus or bacteria smeared all over it because some slob sneezed on their hand and then grabbed a doorknob or pushed an elevator button. Always can feel the icky tingling of the sick coming on... BLAH!

I kinda think it is post nasal drip that makes me feel gaggy.
