what is the smoothie market size?

i reckon quite big.. with everyone eating drinking healthily... supposedly being fans of the 5 a day... i love smoothies! there is an increasing range of smoothie bars.. mainly in city centres...

I think it's pretty big, but with companies like Innocent and obviously store own brands like ASDA and Tesco mass producing the stuff it'd be pretty hard to get in to that kind of market, would most likely need a smoothie that was different in some way that attracts people away from the norm, and would also need a lot of memorable heavy advertising.

Huge. I was watching something lately (I think it was Made in America with John Ratzenberger) and this one company that was growing like crazy was talking about how big of an industry it is and that the leader, Jamba Juice, only has 2-10% of the market. Up until very recently, I didn't realize there were that many besides Jamba Juice.
