Tricky stuff !!!

If you have a video card that has that ability and the software can also present both at the same time, you should have no problem. My Nvidia card can do that and some sims let me use my heads up on my main monitor and any of the other read-outs on the other (a small TV), but I seldom use them that way.

You might want to ask somewhere in computers. Maybe, you can connect two monitors, and split the views somehow. Two computers connected to one controller (stick and rudder pedals).
