No. Stress actually causes your body to hold on to it's calories....whether you don't eat when stressed or if you tend to eat more during stress. Doesn't matter.

Depending on your body. I have lost 25+ pounds due to the stress my husband's ex has caused. This is not a good way to lose weight though.

Some people do have an appetite loss when they are stressed. Others will eat more. But, yes, stress can make you lose weight, However, I wouldnt use it for a diet tool.....

Sometimes it can. I have heard of cases of the divorce diet. The stress of a divorce causing people to lose weight.

I dont think so, but it does help you gain high blood pressure and ulcers, and hernias. I know a woman going in for surgery today for two hernias in her system. not pretty.
