It means you should turn yourself in so that you can tell your side of the story.
In many classes about women's safety, they always say to comply with the rapist and don't fight him off. I say, "To hell with that, I'm fighting!"

it could mean 1 of 2 things:
1. she could be angry with this person and saying these things to hurt his reputation or get him into legal trouble, maybe she just desperately needs the attention (and if any of these are the case I feel really bad for her, because she's messed up - no one should yell rape unless it really happened.)
2. she got raped - it doesn't matter if she got into bed with him, that doesn't automatically consent sex. it doesn't matter if she fought back or not, and it doesn't matter when she said NO. if she was raped, and isn't ashamed of telling people, then she should have had the smarts to call the cops already( if she hasn't then i fell bad for her for not taking proper action in taking him to justice and protecting other women from this man.)
i guess either way, i feel bad for her.

Sometimes a girl won't fight so she doesn't get hit. She knows it is going to happen either way. At least she won't be wounded more. I had that happen right after h.s. It was a guy I had liked for a long time. He took advantage of me when I had too much to drink. I told him no over and over, but he told me not to fight, bc he could beat the shyt out of me. I told him again that I didn't want it and he kept saying yes you do, you know you do. I cried during it. Later on, I didn't really tell anyone, but he told people that we had sex. To this day, I feel like maybe I should have fought him and taken a beating, bc at least I would have had more proof that it was against my will.

for it to be rape she has to say no or at least resist in some way unless there is a threat of violence. if a man walks up to a woman and puts a knife to her throat and has sex with her that is rape even if she doesn't fight or say no. for it to be consensual sex between two adults and afterward she decides it is rape it is too late. she can not yell rape after she has consented.
however, anytime during the sex act if she changes her mind and ask the man to stop he must comply with her wishes and stop. the guilde line would be did the man use the woman's body with her consent?

she doesn't want people to think of her as a hoe. She was probably into the guy. She didn't really need to say she was raped but she could say that she thought it was the
1.right time
2.right person
she didn't need to lie....

Uhm... if she's getting raped, is she getting raped? Is that the question?
Because if she's getting raped, then that would mean she was getting raped.
This should not be confused with if she was not being raped. In that instance, she would not be getting raped - similar to several other states of being. (With the exception of being raped.)
There you go! I'll take my "best answer" now! :)

. Although, she put herself in a compromising position she did not consent to it and she probably was too traumatized to say anything at the time. She got raped

Did she actually say yes to the accuser? Did she say No? My guess is that if she does believe that she was raped, her body may have gone into shock. That could stop her from doing anything.

i say she was raped, but the guys never get prosecuted anyway,
research says it is more traumatic for a woman to be raped by someone they know rather than a stranger.....
harsh, but most women have experienced it.

she was not raped. im telling you i know she wasn't for a fact. she wants to be with that dude and he didn't force her to do anything she didn't wanna do... Cause like you said in your first question he took the condom off and she even told him that he wasn't going to so she had time then to scream or even push him off or somethin... She wasn't raped. GET RID OF HER! sorry... good luck tho.

It means she was trying to not upset him and end up being killed, too. She didn't fight hoping he would let her live. She was still raped - whether she fought or not.
