If you're asking whether a person is a person from conception, the answer is yes. And BTW, I'm a Democrat and a freethinker, not some idiot fundamentalist.
Think of it in this way: you're not an adult who came from a teenager; you're an adult who once was a teenager. You weren't a teenager who came from a child; you were a teenager who once was a child. You weren't a child who came from a fetus; you were a child who once was a fetus. You weren't a fetus who came from a fertilized ovum; you were a fetus who once was a fertilized ovum. But that's where it stops: a fertilized ovum did indeed come from distinct sperm and egg cells.
The logic is really irrefutable, and it's the only point of consequence in the whole debate. There is a *direct* and *unbroken* line of development from fertilized ovum to you. A ferilized ovum is simply what a human being looks like at that stage of its development.
The crucial breaking-point for me was when my pregnant wife went to get dental x-rays, and there was a sign on the door saying, "Let us know if you're pregnant so we can protect your unborn child." And I thought -- so if the mother wants it, it's an unborn child, and if she doesn't, it's "fetal tissue" to be disposed of in any way she wishes? What do we call it when a person's value is not considered intrinsic, but depends on someone else's valuation of them? Can you say "Nazism"?
So yes, both medical and spontaneous abortions are the loss of a human life. Does the fact of miscarriage justify medical abortions? No more than the fact of mortality by disease justifies murder.

Yes, you can presume you've lost a baby as if it had happened just after birth or years down the line. In the Bible the word BABY and WITH CHILD means the same thing all throughout, when it's referenced just after Elizabeths conception, Mary's 2nd trimester and referring to babies born. This implies that Gods view on the pre-born life and soul is the same as the post born life and soul. The good news is Jesus has such a passion for these babies that they immediately are given new life, eternal life in Heaven.

I once sang with a woman who miscarried. Her grief was as real and potent as that of a mother who lost a one year old. I was so struck by that, that I've never been able to be non-chalant about miscarriage since. If God makes us love so much, so early, despite the suffering we may endure if the worst happens, I believe it can only be because the one we've lost possessed the same dignity and grace that any of us do, despite being so very young and small.
So if grief is any measure of love, I'd say yes. It was the same raw tragedy, just as real for them as anyone's loss.

In the bible god didn't counted the womens' embryos who were pregnant. Meaning maybe God didn't consider 1-month embryo humans. Even god made miscarriages to women who were unfaithful. I think if a woman miscarries a human soul didn't exist.

The babies soul is in Heaven with Jesus. I believe at conception a human soul is created. And the Bible says that absent from the body is present with the Lord. If you accept Jesus as your savior they will see the baby one day.

Are you aware that 20% of all conceptions end in miscarriage??? That means that God is the world's most prolific abortionist. You people should be fighting Him too....

The soul does not die. The body dies. The soul would go where all other souls go upon death.
