Not sure what you mean here ....

Requirement to pay tax in the UK is based on being a tax resident.
Paying tax has little to do with your imigration status but more to do with work that you are doing.
If you are working in the UK, and you are not paying tax in another country that has an arrangement with the UK you should be paying tax.
Obviously you could go to the local Citizen Advice Bureau for help or ask the Tax Office directly.

Hello,

You will start to pay tax after your 16th birthday.

You will only pay tax after your 16th birthday if you have taxable income.

You should receive a National Insurance Card around 3 months before your 16th birthday, this is a unique I.D. to you which you have to give an employer when you start work.

You will still not pay tax on earnings from employment if:
- You get paid weekly and earn less than £97.00 per week.
- You get paid monthly and earn less than £420.00 per month.
