Can you give the annoying specifics? I'm a parent of two and I'm trying to be the good mom. Let us know! The things that I nag about are mostly disrespect of the household and laziness. Parents carry the load of a lot of things (groceries, bills, transportation, managing money, working full time, etc.) and feel tired and un-appreciated. Maybe a little help to your parents would really be appreciated! Giving feels good. Try it.

because like all parents, they want the best for their children. They want you to achieve the sorts of things they couldn't do in their day, to make something of yourself. If you're just lounging around or hanging with the wrong crowd, of course they'll be disappointed. getting a good job getting good grades at school and going on to college or university takes time and effort. If you can't be bothered, you'll just end up a nobody with a dead-end job that doesn't pay a decent wage.
What are your kids going to say about you? They'll complain that your not interested in them or encourage them in what they do, that your just a lazy slob who expects everything to be done for him.

It may seem like that right now, but when you are older and have kids of your own, you'll realize why. I always thought the same thing of my parents. They were always so wrong to me and watched my every move. But, then I had a child and now I have come to the realization that they were right all along. They were just doing things to protect me, to make me a better person, and to prepare me for the real world. They did and said everything for one reason and that was because they LOVE ME!! Your parents are just concerned for your safety, well being, how you grow up, and who you become. Just respect them for who they are. Show them that they can trust you and then they'll respect you for who you are.

Because they are superior to you, they might be older than you, but older is wiser, more experience, you'd do good to listen to them instead of coming over all bravado and bull$hit like a typical teenager! Don't make the common mistake of treating your folks like idiots, they have probably forgotten more than you know about anything and the sooner you realise this, kid, the less they will get onto you, think about it!

because of the fact they forget approximately what its prefer to be your age. they are so fed on in be in charge and putting a roof over your head that they forget approximately your someone. and that they arent think to be cool. in the event that they have been, youd get away with each thing and youd finally end up ineffective ultimately. They shoudlve placed you in specific ed spelling. U little ones and UR txtng lingo. So mch 4 the englsh lang. <3 <3 <3 yet heavily, understand them for being them. meaning theyre doing a solid activity.

if you had a sense of the trouble you are causing them or the pain you are putting them through maybe you wouldn't be so stupid they are trying to stop you from being such an idiot! if you had kids then maybe you'll find out how hard things are really

It may seem like that but they really care about you. Try talking to them about how you feel. It's important that they listen to you but YOU also need to listen to them. You could be a teenager from hell. Try meeting in the middle. Keep talking.

no how u feel my ahem parents are only happy wen yelling at me and aren't gettin me anything 4 xmas but my older bro and lil' sis are ....itz just how they are you'll get over it...and i don't care anymore

I used to wonder this. Even now I think my Mum was harsh on me, compared to my brother.
Now, I am 'annoying' to my kids........IT'S JUST LIFE!
If you don't like it, GET A JOB AND BLOODY MOVE OUT.
