If you mean "signs", not "sings", I vote for the sign on the A34 southbound, just north of Winchester, about a mile before the junction with the M3, which has a large diagram of the approaching roundabout, with two exits labelled "M3", but no other clues as to which exit takes you which direction on the M3, or where the other exits take you. It doesn't help anyone know which lane to be in.
