It varies. Some of their products are kosher and are marked as such so you'll have to check the box. This means there is no pork product in the item. If alcohol is added to their products, and I'm pretty sure it's not (haven't eaten Entenmann's myself in years), it will burn off in the baking process anyway leaving only the taste, not the alcoholic effect.

You can always tell if a food is halal or not by looking for the letters u, k, p in a circle normally located somewhere on the lower right corner somewhere under the name of the product. The k stands for kosher, p=pareve, not sure what the u stands for I do know however that any product with these symbols are halal or kosher. The symbols is very large but it isn't hard to spot either. Sorry but I am not sure if entenmanns are kosher or not

i would be worried about what they are cooked in, as for the alcohol flavoring they would have to say they are flavored such as rum or something

see if they have any gelatin in them, if they do...stay away from it. as far as alcohol, that is doubtful, but it would say on the list of ingredients.
