Iam 6 months pregnant and I just caught a cold, my head is foggy, my nose is stuffed. what can I take to feel better?

Zicam nasal swabs. Won't hurt the baby, will lessen your symptoms and will shorten duration of the cold. Follow package instructions.

Not a thing. You can get some saline nasal spray. That will help loosen the congestion. Just drink plenty of fluids and get rest. Do NOT take anything with medicine in it. It's just a cold. Fluids will help the baby pass it's mucus, too. Remember--your baby has your cold, too.

you should be ok with paracetemol but i'm no doctor plus its crap the best thing for a cold is just to ride the bugger out. plenty of fluids and vitamins

i had the same problem when i was pregnant and my dr told me to take a plain decongestant but make sure it doesnt have any pain relief or anything like that in it but CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR FIRST DONT TAKE ANYTHING WITHOUT ASKING HIM/HER FIRST everyone is different so you have to ask first
