If I understand everything right (or real close to it), illegals are coming in here and taking jobs that they don't have taxes taken out of. They ultimately make more than some of our own citizens do. Because they are illegal, they get free health care, food stamps and welfare. Our own citizens, who make less because we DO have taxes taken out, make too much money to qualify for Medicare, food stamps and welfare, but don't make enough to pay for the medical, food and decent housing. Not only that, but they don't learn passable english when they come here. I work retail, so I see (and hear) it 9 hours a day 5-6 days a week. If we went to their country (no matter where) we would be expected to learn enough of their customs to keep from breaking their laws, learn their language enough to get by at least, and we wouldn't abuse the system over there. The thing that got me was when they wanted to change OUR National Anthem to spanish. WRONG!!!! The Spanish should have their own national anthem...in Spain and Mexico. This isn't Spain or Mexico. The thing that really pi$$ed me of a couple days ago was a story I read in the news out of Atlanta. A man from Africa is in court right now for circumcising his then 2 year old daughter, so that she will stay a virgin until she is married. His defense is that is how they do it where he is from. That's fine...but it is illegal here. Where he comes from, they don't use anesthesia, or clean surgical instruments. They use glass or whatever is sharp while they hold the child down. I hope he gets the 40 years they say he can get for it. Like I said, if we were to go there, we would have to go by their laws. Isn't that a two way street? How difficult is it for them to apply for a green card or visa, or if they want to be here so bad, apply for citizenship? I am all for them coming here if they pay their taxes and go by our laws. And learn English. Speaking their language in their home is fine. But not in public.
Ok, I am off my soap box now.

Along the history of humanity a race (or tribe, if you wish) has taken over territory based on one thing and one thing only: brute force. That's how the Europeans took over today's USA and Canada, that's how the Spaniards "conquered" South America, how the Arabs took over Northern Africa and how right now "Jews" are taking over Palestine and Chinese over Singapore and Indonesia.
The law, and legality in general, are rules imposed by the strong to give a veneer of civilization to their exploitation of the weak. The main purpose of rules is to keep things as they are, because they are created by those who hold the political, economic, religious and above all racial power.
History itself is nothing but a struggle of races to take over territory. Hence, strong races expand, become weak, and lose the territory they won eventually. It's happened along history, and now great empires like Greece and Mongolia have been reduced to small countries irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.
Legality or illegality are empty words: they are labels put by the strong on the weak, to mean whether they comply with the rules they set or not. What lies behind the legalistic concept of justice is not ethics, but "might is right."
At this point in human history an empire is losing steam and retreating, and has been doing so for the last 100 years: the Anglo-Saxon empire. They lost lands in India and Africa, and now they are losing it slowly but surely in America. A people, a tribe, follows a cycle, and in this case the Anglo-Saxon tribe is in the middle of its decadence: they have grown complacent, soft, mollified, so selfish they can't even produce offspring.
It's the way history acts. There is no such thing as the "rule of law" or mercy, because in the end all that matters is the power that a people have. And when such power grows greater than that of those who wrote the rules, everything, the whole system, is thrown into disarray until new rules are written: this time to serve the new masters.

I'm not racist against latinos. I'm racist against illegals. I have no problem with Immigrants that worked their asses off to become citizens of this country. It shows how much patriotism they have to spend the time working for it, learning english, and educating themselves. And because of that, most of them are doing alright for themselves. Then you have the illegals, who have found every way to work their way around the system, multiplying like rabbits so they can't be forced to go back to their country. Going on welfare, which is sucking the taxpayer's money so they can live care free. they teach their kid's no values related to the American way. They stick to themselves and no other. Customer service is the worst in the history of this country because of these people. Yeah, they might work jobs that nobody else wants. But they refuse to speak english. They refuse to learn it. That would be like me going to mexico and rallying up a bunch of white people and making mexicans speak english and telling them I deserve rights in a country that isn't mine and doesn't want me there anyways. what's the first thing mexico would tell me? They would tell me to shut the hell up, then probably lock me up and deport me. I know any other country would do the same thing, so why do they think they are so special to take away the taxpayers rights. I just wish they would stop being selfish and start thinking about the U.S. taxpayers that are suffering and losing their rights because of these illegals.

I don't break the law. I don't steal, or speed, or take anything from anybody. I'm a life-long taxpayer who isn't entitled to public assistance benefits or any other government give-away programs.
If I break the law (and get caught), I GO TO JAIL. That's what "illegal" means. Why won't my government - MY government - take the steps that are needed to prevent illegal activity in the first place? Why do I have to wonder if, along with the millions of Mexicans, that a terrorist is just as easily coming across the unprotected border?
Why do I have to wonder if it is going to take another 9-11 before someone, somewhere snaps out of it and does the right thing? Why do I have to wonder what happened to government FOR the people?

I have no problem with legal immigration into the United States. After all, my wife is an immigrant. These people are just seeking a better way of life, and are willing to give up everything they know and love to obtain it. I'm all for it, providing its LEGAL.

I like the fact that this country was made by LEGAL immigrants, I don't like the fact that it's turned into a free-for-all and the immigrants of today don't want to assimilate to the American way. Seems they just want a free ride, which is evident in every pay check I get and any hospital bills I receive when I have to pay for their free stuff!

It depends on your power of per$ua$ion. Money is the one truly international language. If you have enough, you can become legal in a hurry, and all following the legitimate channels.

We need to take control of our borders. It doesn't matter how long they have been here. If they crossed the border illegally, they should be deported.

Illegal means exactly what it says..
I do not want 12 million ILLEGAL crimminals allowed to be living
in the USA just because we lack the political will to deport them.
