I'm not sure how to answer this question. Lymph nodes can swell in response to infections in the body, which is temporary and harmless so long as the infection (or disease) is healing. Lymph nodes can also swell because of blood-borne cancers such as Hodgkin's Disease Lymphoma, which is highly treatable but still life-threatening. Go see a doctor, who will know best what to do.

It's when you have oval like lumps under your chin or around that area. If you have lumps and they hurt, well time to call the doctor, don't you think!!
