I hear ya! Happens to all of us sooner or later. Look at it this way: It's almost like there is a quota system where we have to have a certain number of bad days, weeks, etc. You're just filling the quota! Hopefully soon things will smooth out and you'll be able to get back to normal. Just one thing: DO NOT ASK YOURSELF THIS QUESTION:
"What the hell else could possibly go wrong?" I find that everytime I ask I get an answer I really didn't need. :-) I hope things work out for you soon!

Well it could be God is trying to get your attention,If so that is the greatest thing you will ever possess.A relationship with the ultimate creator Himself.Awesome! You know nowadays no body wants to think about the inevitable but the fact of life is death and I can guarantee that those poor souls on those planes are either glad they had a relationship with Him or will be spending eternity regretting not having had.Just hypothetically speaking-but if Donald Trump died tonight of a heart attack and went to hell do you suppose he would say,Well I had enough fun to last me through eternal pain, agony and torment.I doubt any body could. This plane of existence has been blown extremely out of proportion in importance compared to eternity. If it takes a world of pain to get you to understand that,I believe it would all be well worth every second when you reach your final destination.Take Care and May God Bless You.

Yeah, I'd say try praying too. If you aren't into God, maybe just try talking to Him once, you'd probably like it. He makes me laugh sometimes. Anyway, something besides God that you could do...hmmm...buy something for yourself! Like, a shirt, or a bracelet, or some new perty underwear from VS :) something that you'll really like. I don't have tons of money so I can't go doing that every time I feel down, but when I have the available funds, it always makes me happy to get something for myself :)

my mantra is " this too shall pass". Remember the one certainty in life is that nothing stays the same. Life is on a down swing for you right now, but that just means you have better times to look forward to.

Watch a really funny movie! Try Wedding Crashers... or just veg on the couch and pamper yourself. Both of these give your brain a rest, and give you time to remember you are still YOU, despite what is going on externally.

I would probably go back to god at these moments, when you have no one else to depend on. Unless you don't believe in god, but most likely you should look at the bright side of your life, and be more of an optimast. It really helps. Just focus on the bright side and have hope and faith.

When it rains, it pours... sometimes you gotta look up and say "Are you kidding me??"
Things will calm down, the dust will settle, better days are coming.
