This seems like the fad here. Make a harsh unbelievable statement about someones religion while only looking for a way to bash that person. Like, why does Islam kill everybody or why do Christians hate Muslims. The are not questions only political statements.

P.S. only ask this to trick people into an argument which will be based on non-truths!!

Did YDonda_B even read the question. I am sorry if this one went over your head. I am not referring to religous people as much as I am non-religous people who try to draw other people into argumants, exactly as you have done here. Doh!!!! Um...Panic!!!

It's a childish thing but used quite often probably because they can't formulate forthright questions to present in a respectful manner.

Those people are trolls. They just say very inflamatory things to create a stir and get a lot of attention. It's like a toddler who pitches a fit and "wow, everybody is looking at me."

Everyone doesn't do this, however. I try to leave those types alone. When they don't get attention, they go away.

On the other hand, some people do ask extreme questions or create difficult scenarios - this is to cause the person you're debating with to reexamine the morals or logic of something. As long as it's done respectfully - I think that stuff is great.

Some questions are legit. I have been sent to the wikipedia more than once to look up something. That would never be a bad thing, in my opinion.

Because Christian (and religions in general) have no other way to get people to join the cause other than lying to them (God loves you! - this is emotional blackmail), threatening them (Beleive or rot in Hell), or tricking them with circular logic and arguments.

What, youre surprised?
