No, early 20's the body may still be developing itself. The best age would be 25-30..

Not that Im recommending anyone to have kids at this young of a age, but I was 18 when my daughter was born and my body bounced back really fast. My son was born 8 years later and it took it a little longer to get back to what it was before.
If this is gonna determine when you plan on having kids, I would reccommend doing it when you are ready. Regardless of age, pregnancy and motherhood takes a toll on your body and rarely does it go back to exactly what it was before getting pregnant. Not that its a bad thing, my body is that of a mom with two kids and Im very proud of it even with the battle scars and not so perky boobs!

I had mine young, If I could do it again I would wait until I was at least 25. Most women I talk to say that getting or staying in shape doesn't get hard until you hit your mid 30's. In your early 20's, you could still be growing. Give it a little longer. Your youth is something you NEVER get back. Don't be in a hurry, enjoy your adult life for a while.

first take care of all the selfish me time that you need...drinking partying, being crazy, going out all the time, dares....then settle down and have kids.
as long as you are active, your body will bounce back at most any age, but it will be harder as you get older. there are less risks to you and the baby in your 20's.

I had my children at a very young age, 16,19, 20, and my body bounced back very quick, so I would say yes,

I would think so. I had my one and only at 29 and it was taxing on me. I can't imagine people who go through it a 40!
