Does anybody else have mood swing throughout the day. It seems theirs time's where all the things in life the stress me out really get to me and I just shut down to the world. I really dont talk to people and I just stay to myself. Then my mood will change and I will feel better, then it seems that things just dont bother me as much. Then my mood changes back and forth throughout the day? Anybody have any ideas on what this might be? Or is it normal?

It depends on the extreme. It's normal to have ups and downs. Even from sad to okay. The problem is when it goes to extremes for a long time and never stableizes. And then you are normal for a little while but everything goes back. I can not answer altogether. I suggest going and talking to your doctor or psychiatrist and have an evalution. It sounds like it could be an imbalance. If you are not sure talk to your doc.

It sounds normal to me. Everyone has different mood states that are triggered by events, people, sleep-cycle, etc.

Bipolar is EXTREME mood states that almost prevents one from functioning normally.

Yeah I've gotten that from time to time. I'm leveled out right now, thank GOD. I'd say it's normal, I'm sure it is. We're emotional creatures!

Sounds like you may be somewhat bipolar. Suggest you consult a psychiatrist, Bipolar disorders are well controlled with medications, and will get worse if left untreated.
