I mix hot instant oatmeal with plain yogurt - it looks a little weird, but the combination of hot/cold and sweet/yogurt is good. If you don't want to have to heat anything up, plain yogurt with a little strawberry jam or honey is also good.

For an easy breakfast that has some good protein in it, use those flavored egg beaters in a non-stick pan. You don't need to use much oil for them, and you can get cholesterol free eggs.

No one ever said that you have to eat breakfast food at breakfast time. You could make yourself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or have some leftovers from dinner.

Bagel and cream cheese is fast and you can take it with you to work or school.

Good luck kicking the fastfood habit.

I make either one big quiche or a bunch of mini quches if I want different flavors, and just heat them up every day and vary what I eat on the side. Sometimes I'll have a bagel or fruit with it, sometimes I'll just eat extra quiche to fill me up. I recently made some mini ones, half of which had crispy bacon (you can use turkey bacon) and lots of hot sauce, and the other half had spinach and caramelized onions. Yum!

try some cooked rice with a little milk and some sugar -- you can spice it up with cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate any number of things. its a very common breakfast in much of the world. in spain they eat toast with crushed tomatos. its really good! just not sweet like we are used to breakfast being. pancakes or waffles with some cane syrup is good too -- cane syrup is very heavy tasting so you just use a little -- not like regular pancake syrup where you use a lot.

Hot cereal is filling. Try grilled cheese sandwiches and OJ.
