1. tell him and continue to be friends. no need to rush cause you need to take your time to know a person more before realizing it could be someone that you don't like after all.
2. don't need to be worry. it's normal. some of my friends are heavy with it too and it could last for a week although i'm not like that and i've also consulted my own doctor.

4. being a christian to me is not a religion but my relationship with God and personally He has given me hope and love that i don't deserve it but by His grace i am deserving. Jesus make me a total brand new person to know life is more than being a sinner. there are miracles in life.
5. cheap and effective way that i've been maintaining my weight - hula hoop. good for the waist and stomach. swimming helps a lot too and end result what we feed ourselves. cut down on salt, sugar, fatty food. we are adult enough to know what's not good for our health.
